Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

Please notify us of your withdrawal by e-mail at info@opentux.eu.

The goods must be returned complete, undamaged, and shipped back no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract.

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Complaints

If the goods are defective, you have the right to make a complaint within 24 months from the receipt of the goods.

To file a complaint, please e-mail us at info@opentux.eu and provide your order number along with a description of the defect.

Complaints are processed without undue delay, no later than 30 days.
