Complete Ready-To-Use automation kit for a family house or apartment built on open source software OpenHAB and hardware Raspberry Pi and Arduino. It includes hardware components for low-voltage part and sensors. It comes with predefined software including control of lights, heating circuits, socket circuits and shutters, as well as data collection from sensors (temperature, humidity, movement). Predefined PIR logic (light/alarm), heating regulation, alarm - home/night/away modes. The configuration is based on our model house from the section How to. It can be expanded to include a range of wireless standards such as Z-Wave, ZigBee, Shelly, Tuya, etc.

For this low-voltage kit, a high-voltage section is required, including installation relays. This mainly concerns installation relays for each desired controlled circuit and the associated cabling to the star topology (each controlled circuit has its own cable to the switchboard). Pi-Home then ensures switching of the installation relays, required logic, graphical interface, etc. The price does not include buttons (classic 230V wall-mounted buttons, according to the preferred design (1,2,4 buttons, etc.) which are then connected via UTP cable. Please consult your electrician for the preparation of the high-voltage section of the switchboard.

Warranty terms

We provide a standard 24-month warranty on all hardware. OpenHAB software is open source and we can guarantee correct functionality only in the initial state at the point of installation.

We recommend making regular backups since it is not possible to guarantee correct operation of a customized system due to the open source software principle license.
